This simple, creamy and refreshing recipe will put a smile on anyone's face. 

What you'll need:
  1. 3/4 cup double-strength coffee, chilled
  2. 1/2 cup skimmed (or non-dairy) milk, chilled
  3. 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  5. 2 cups ice cubes
  6. sweetener to taste
  7. 1/2 tsp creamy peanut butter, warmed
  • Add coffee, milk, cocoa powder, and powdered peanut butter to a blender. Pulse until well combined, scraping down the sides as necessary. Add the ice and sweetener. Blend until smooth and no large ice chunks remain. Pour into a glass, drizzle with the warm peanut butter, and serve immediately.
